Free services must be claimed within 1 year of signing up as a member, and it resets every year.

Free services do not roll over to the following year and will be forfeited if not used within that one calendar year.

Membership cannot be combined with other promotions.

Discounts will not be available once membership is discontinued, and any unclaimed complimentary services are forfeited.

Complimentary services are non-transferable.

No-show appointments result in a $50 no-show fee.

Clients must notify the clinic 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

The membership fee is non-refundable.
